Behind the Scenes: Percy Jackson

On Aug. 7, Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters will hit theaters across the country. But you don’t have to wait that long to see Percy in action. We’ve got a sneak peek for you today.

If you’re not familiar with the Percy Jackson story, you should check it out. Sea of Monsters is the sequel to the highly-popular first film in the series. These movies are based on a cool book series called The Olympians by Rick Riordan, focusing on an adventurous 13-year-old boy named Percy Jackson.

Official Synopsis:
Percy Jackson, the son of the Greek god Poseidon embarks on a journey with his friends to retrieve the Golden Fleece to save their training ground, Camp Half-Blood. They must travel to the Sea of Monsters, and find the challenges that may await them.

  4. Hey Boy’s Life in The Heroes of Olympus book 2, Percy gets stuck at the wrong camp just like Jason did. Does this fact mean anything to you at all?

      This movie is based off of Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Sea of Monsters, not The Heroes of Olympus: The Son of Neptune.

    hey! this movie is not anything like the book like they did not meet briaries in a coffee shop, they met him in book 4 in a prison!

    Well, I saw the movie, and while it was good, it was NOT AT ALL like the books, which were way better.
