The U.S. Army Is Introducing Brand-New Camo

The U.S. Army recently unveiled its Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP), an all-new camo that trades tiny pixels for a more traditional pattern of muted greens, light beige and dark brown.camo

For nearly a decade the Army has used the Universal Camouflage Pattern, a simple three-color digitized design that proved ineffective on the battlefield. OCP is a throwback to camouflage of old and is expected to become the official U.S. Army uniform by 2019.
