Eleven prairie dogs escaped from their temporary zoo quarters last Friday in Columbus, Ohio. Only four of the runaway critters have been found. The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium is asking nearby residents to keep an eye out for the prairie dogs, which are not dangerous.
The prairie dogs recently arrived from another zoo. They were scheduled to go on display later this spring.
